HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT?
For international flights, we recommend arriving at the airport at least three hours prior to departure to allow time to check in and get through Security. For domestic flights, we recommend that you arrive two hours prior to travel but absolutely no later than one hour prior to travel.
WHAT IS THE REAL ID ACT?
The Real ID Act established minimum ID security standards and prohibits federal agencies, like TSA, from accepting licenses and identification cards for official purposes from states that do not meet these standards. Passengers traveling domestically with a driver’s license issued by a state that is not compliant with the REAL ID ACT (and has not been granted an extension) will need to show an alternative form of acceptable identification for domestic air travel to board their flight.
